Our System Audit service focuses on investigating and solving problems that may be experienced by some users of SAP products.
PHASE 1 - SPECIFICATION AND PROPOSAL
Our SAP consultancy team will arrange an initial scoping meeting so we can get to know your SAP system basics, including release, platform, modules, user numbers, key processes and known problem areas.
We will then provide you with a SAP System Audit proposal including timings and a fixed price.
PHASE 2 - AUDIT AND REPORT
Armed with this proposal, a selected Shwasya SAP consultancy team will spend time with your staff, reviewing the functional and technical characteristics of your SAP system. Our aim is to expose its flaws in detail, so that we can determine changes that will deliver tangible business benefits.
The System Audit report will highlight our findings and recommendations.
PHASE 3 - PRESENTATION OF RESULTS
The final step in the System Audit process is a Shwasya presentation which expands on our key recommendations and provides a starting point for discussion.
